We ship across Mexico. (Monterrey olny)

Estimated times (business days after payment confirmation)
• Monterrey metro area: 1–2 days
• Rest of Nuevo León / Coahuila / Tamaulipas: 2–4 days

Cost
• Standard shipping is calculated at checkout by ZIP code and weight.
• Free shipping on orders from $[amount] MXN.

Processing
Orders paid before 12:00 p.m. Monterrey time ship the same business day, subject to stock.

Tracking
We send the tracking number by email / WhatsApp when the order ships.

Delays
Weather, carrier issues, or an incomplete address may add time. If the tracking has no movement for more than 48 hours, contact us.

Wrong address
If the package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the customer pays for reshipment.
